IBO rock bolt is an innovative bolt, which perfectly combines the three functions of drilling, grouting and anchoring. In the face of complex formation environment, such as soft rock, soil layer, fracture zone, etc., it can ensure stable anchoring effect. The perfect combination of drill pipe and anchor rod, without casing wall protection, can form anchor holes in a variety of complex geology such as weathered rock, broken rock, backfill, sand, clay, garden pebble layer, etc., to ensure that the anchoring and grouting effect is remarkable. Easy to operate, time-saving and efficient, saving you 25% of work and reducing project costs.



The grouting effect is excellent, which can effectively fill cracks, consolidate rock mass and soil layer, and control groundwater. The grouting diffusion radius is large, the anchoring quality is guaranteed, and the goal of safety and reliability is achieved.



The IBO rock bolt adopts continuous thread design, which can be cut and connected arbitrarily to adapt to the narrow working site. Its bond resistance is much higher than that of smooth steel pipe, and the test results show that its bond resistance is 2-3 times higher than that of smooth steel pipe, which greatly improves the stability of anchor rod.



 






Construction method:




 



1. Preparation stage: Smooth the construction site to facilitate the driving, entry and operation of the drilling rig. Construction of a 3m wide, 30% slope of the drilling rig driving road, and according to the need to set up a working platform or scaffolding. Connect all kinds of air pipes and water pipes to keep the pipes unblocked. Ensure the normal operation of air compressor, drill, grouting pump, mortar mixer and other equipment, and prepare all kinds of materials.



2. Drilling link: start the air compressor, open the drill, adjust the drilling Angle according to the terrain and geological conditions. The special fiber tail sleeve is installed on the drill, the anchor rod is connected and the drill bit is attached. The length of bolt is determined according to the actual situation, and the field splicing is carried out. After drilling into one section, attach a lube sleeve to the tail of the previous section, and then attach the next section until the desired length is reached.



3. Grouting stage: the end of the anchor rod is connected to the grouting pump through the quick grouting joint. Start the mortar mixer, prepare the cement and other admixture materials according to the mix ratio, input the mixer, add water and stir evenly. Input the mixed mortar into the grouting pump and keep the high pressure pipe straight. The amount of grouting is determined according to the pressure of the grouting pump or the consumption speed of the mortar mixer. After the grouting is completed, install the grouting plug and anchor, set the arch pad on the exposed part of the anchor rod, stick closely with the surface or rock layer, and put the spherical nut outside the pad.



4. Finishing work: Remove all kinds of machinery and equipment, dismantle scaffolding, and clean up the site.



 






Labor organization and progress indicators:




 



Labor allocation: Each shift needs to be equipped with air compressor drivers, electricians, plumbers, mortar mixer drivers, grouting pump operators and other professional personnel a total of 20 people. The labor force of each class is 20, and the total labor force of three classes is 60.



Progress indicators: Depending on geological conditions, the general soft rock can drill 20 meters per hour, grouting rate 2000 l/h. Daily progress can drill 160 meters, grouting 160 meters.



 






Mechanical equipment configuration:




 



Need to be equipped with air compressor, ventilation pipe, mortar mixer and grouting pump and other equipment. Among them, the air compressor should be greater than or equal to 12m3/h, and the ventilation pipe should be greater than or equal to φ80mm. According to the needs of the project, it may also be necessary to support the M400 type of M400 pump.



 






Quality control points:




 



Keep the pipe straight to ensure smooth air supply.



According to the rock condition and local air temperature to determine the Angle and direction and length of bolt drilling, select the appropriate slurry mix (such as water glass, accelerator), select the appropriate bit form (such as cross bit or single bit).



When drilling, ensure that the bolt is exposed by 10cm to facilitate the installation of the arch plate and the spherical nut, thereby increasing the bolt's pulling strength and bonding force. The exposed length should not be too long or too short to give full play to the anchoring effect of the bolt.
